Headquartered in El Paso, Texas, the Quantum Team offers experienced and responsive professionals with unique qualifications, excellent performance records on past projects, and a commitment to meet project budget and schedule. The team includes Professional Engineers, licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, Certified Planners with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and Congress for New Urbanism Accredited (CNU-A) professionals.
In 2020, Quantum and Creosote Collaborative, LLC merged to create the region's only integrated civil engineering, urban planning, and sustainability consulting firm. Our breadth of projects includes educational facilities design, street and thoroughfare improvement projects, transportation planning, bicycle and trail planning, master planning, comprehensive planning, park improvement projects, site grading and drainage improvements, drainage infrastructure analysis and design, and resident project representation.
